How to nurture yourself

The skin care routine is important for his health and his beautiful appearance. The skin is the largest organ in our bodies and it is a mirror that reflects the state of our health and therefore needs to be nurtured and protected.
Israel is a warm country and therefore the weather changes affect the skin.
In the summer, we will prefer lighter, more airy, water-based products, compared to winter, where we will add rich and therapeutic products for rehabilitation and skin rejuvenation.

Our skin is classified according to its water level and fat, certain sensitivities and its condition at a given moment. Generally, the lighter the skin, the more sensitive it is to climatic changes, so light skin usually burns in the sun and tends to lose moisture and respond to environmental changes,
Therefore, it is also important to consider the variety of skin by adapting the skin care products.

The skin of the face and its appearance is affected by our state of health, climate, medications and mental state.
In certain periods it can change radically, react sensitively, peel off or suddenly dry out – because of external influences (climate) or because of internal effects (stress, diet or pregnancy).

The skin has its own protective mechanisms and it “knows” how to make a moisturizing cover, but it is recommended to take care of it according to its needs and according to the seasons.
All skin needs cleaning, moisture and protection – these are the most basic needs in daily cultivation. In addition, there are products that we add to our weekly routine for perfect treatment, such as masks, home peeling, etc.

Morning cleaning of the skin with facial soap (adapted to the skin), moisturizing and sunscreen (SPF 15 and above).
To the eye area, we treat them separately and apply a cleansing and moisturizing solution to the eyes (gel or cream). You can go for a Brazilian wax that may last three to four weeks.

In the evening – clean the skin from the makeup and dirt that accumulated on it with soap or foam to prefer cleaning with water, or milk and face to dry skin and more gentle and complement our cream.
For dry skin it is recommended to use a nourishing night cream and let it be absorbed for at least half an hour before going to sleep.

To refresh the skin and remove the accumulated dead cells, it is recommended to add peeling and mask once or twice a week, which will also be customized according to specific needs.

There are many different and recommended treatments for the specific needs, such as adding moisture, clarifying spots, firming and treatment of laxity, etc., but the basis of cleaning, moisturizing and protection is the “ABC” of the daily routine.

The makeup will always be applied to cleansed skin.
There are humidity products with protection and there are bases (makeup) with protection.
Today, there are various make-up products that need to be adapted to the condition of the skin in terms of coverage and texture.

For oily skin, we will always use oil-free products that are water-based and give a feeling and a light and gentle appearance and will not aggravate the accumulation of fat.
For dry skin, we will use richer and thicker products that maintain the skin’s moisture and usually contain lipite and glow ingredients that do not emphasize wrinkles and dryness.

In the summer it is recommended to drink plenty of water and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and you should renew sunscreen while staying at the beach every 2-3 hours for maximum protection.
